The systems of a franchise. The freedom of your own shop.

The big brands win with a website that prices, a calendar that books, and a checkout that collects. PainterOS hands you the same machine — without the franchise fee.

Why PainterOS

You didn't start a painting business to work a second shift.

The phone, the quotes, and the chasing became a job nobody pays you for — and it's costing you evenings, weekends, and the leads that don't wait around.

How it actually works

Every visit is booked, scoped, and half-sold before you knock.

You're not automating the paint job. You're automating the driveway conversations that never turn into work.

01 / It prices

Your site quotes at your rate, 24/7.

Loaded labor rate plus target margin, per work type — so the range a homeowner sees at 9pm is a range you'd sign.

02 / It books

The visit lands on an open day.

Text sequences chase the lead and put the on-site visit on your calendar. Colors get approved before you pull up.

03 / It collects

You get paid before you pack up.

Deposit at booking, balance at the door, payout to your bank. Nothing to chase in the morning.

The economics

The office work isn't the job. We built the office.

You run the brush. One login replaces the quoting sheet, the calendar, the invoices, and the payment app.

You keep 99% of every dollar.

No monthly fee. Homeowners cover card processing at checkout, and PainterOS takes 1% — only when you get paid.

Card processing & surcharge rules by state

Where surcharging is legally allowed, card processing is disclosed to the homeowner at checkout, capped at your actual cost of acceptance (and no more than 3% on Visa, 4% on Mastercard, 2% in Colorado). Connecticut, Massachusetts and Puerto Rico prohibit it, and New York requires the total card price posted up front — there we set you up on a cash-discount structure instead. Debit is never surcharged. On those payments, processing is a cost you absorb.
